A Survival Guide for Workplace Violence

The staff of Inner-Perimeter International, LLC (IPI) has been instructing Active Shooter response tactics to police officers around Michigan, and parts of Canada, as a standardized response to incidents such as the Columbine High School, and Virginia Tech massacres. These tactics are being used across the United States by most police agencies when they respond to these types of incidents.
However, what has been lacking in the community is training designed for civilians that are caught in the incident and need some way to survive besides relying upon luck.
IPI has designed the Victim to Survivor training program specifically for civilians. This course provides options for people to implement during these critical incidents. The standard course consists of 2 hours of lecture. However IPI can customize the program to fit a client’s requests. This could entail adding additional lecture time and/or including practical training up to, and including, scenario-based exercises.
