Tactical units are required to make forced entry into structures on nearly every mission. Whether it is a SWAT Team rescuing hostages or a Narcotics Unit executing a search warrant, the forced “breach” is a critical component to success. Many buildings are fortified by determined suspects and if the team cannot get into the structure the mission is compromised at the very beginning. This course will expose personnel to various methods of forced entry using a variety of different breaching tools. This is a high-intensity course which is physically demanding.
