Today’s SWAT Teams must be able to handle a hostage situation wherever it presents itself. Modern, mass-transit buses hold a large number of potential victims and are a prime target for hostage takers. This course covers the tactics utilized in rescuing the hostages inside a bus. The course will cover the techniques utilized to disable a bus and the tactics of assaulting the linear target. This is a high-intensity course which is physically demanding.
